We are absolutely delighted that our Year 13 students have achieved such a high level of success in this summer's A level examinations. I have no doubt that this success is as a result of their hard work and determination combined with high levels of support and encouragement from both the school and their families. They should be proud of what they have achieved and their contribution to Haybridge and we wish them all the very best as they embark upon the next chapter of their lives.
Students and staff from Haybridge High School are celebrating the outstanding successes of students in this, the first year of GCSE change, which included new grading for English and Mathematics.
Outstanding individual successes include Joe Tyerman and Izzy Nicholl who achieved a stunning 9 A* or 9/8 grades. Jasmine Knight, Alice Phillips, Jamie White, Ben Sedgwick, Dominic Price and Alex Thomas all gained 8 A* or 9/8 grades whilst Sam Abrams and Eliz Cirakli achieved 7 A* or 9/8 grades.
We are delighted that our students have had such success in their GCSEs this summer – they can be justifiably proud of their many achievements as a result of their hard work and commitment to their studies. As always, these results are part of a wider team effort – we are always grateful for the ongoing support of staff and parents in helping students reach their goals and fulfil their potential.
Huge congratulations to all students on your success.
